History: Lilla Slottsvillan was originally built as a private residence for Baron Vult von Steijern in 1843 (so long before the sugar factory was built). During the hospital period, the villa served as the assistant doctor's residence. During the end of the 20th century, the Citizens' School held courses in this villa.
