The main building at Klosterhotellet is one of the buildings that have been preserved from the medieval nunnery and is one of Sweden's oldest buildings, St. Birgitta's monastery from the 14th century. This building is closest to Restaurant Munkklostret & Klosterspa.
Klostergården is two buildings, one smaller and one bigger. We call the Klostergården 1 and 2. The rooms in Klostergården were completely renovated in 2017 with high-quality Swedish interior details. Klostergården is a 500 meter walk from the Klosterhotellet, and here there are two types of interior design styles. Modern, playful interior design with a 50-60 touch in Klotsergården 1, and English "Cottage"-romantic feeling in Klostergården 2.Private parking is available directly outside each building.
Slottsflygeln is a 19th-century building in the former Castle Park, also called the Castle Garden. This is one of our close-to-city accommodations for those who want to live close to the center, shops and restaurants. Gustav Vasa had the area laid out as a park and garden outside the moat at Vadstena Castle. The building is approximately a 7-minute walk from reception along the city's pedestrian street or promenade.Private parking is available directly outside each building and Taxi Kloster is included for all guests in the Castle area - i.e. free transfer between the Castle & Kloster area upon request.
